Studies indicate that elderberry relieves symptoms of cold, flu, and other respiratory conditions. Here in Missouri we are blessed with an abundance of Common Black Elder (Sambucus canadensis), which is what this concentrate is made from, harvested from my own backyard and processed on my stove. The concentrate is not as thick as syrup but richer than juice and should be taken by the spoonful, not the glassful. I recommend the mildly sweetened option for most people; for more information, see: https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/elderberry

What is the Boone County Community Bail Fund? We are a collective committed to ensuring that no one is held behind bars simply because they can't afford bail. But to do so, we need your help. BCCBF is aiming to raise $30,000 in donations to create a more revolving bail fund—one that can continue to support individuals in need while ensuring that those currently awaiting assistance get the help they deserve.

As our clients face constant delays in the judicial process—waiting for a public defender, awaiting trial, or navigating other system setbacks—your support is crucial to providing timely help. Each donation you make directly helps individuals access the freedom they need to prepare for their cases and live their lives while awaiting trial.
