Crafts for Second Chance

Thank you for supporting Second Chance with me! This year I'm making yarny things for your home to show my gratitude for your support of this amazing organization. 

If you're in Columbia, we can make arrangements for porch drop or pick up at the Second Chance office. If you're out of town, I will ship.

Knitted dishcloth ($25 donation)

Made from cotton yarn

Crocheted tea towel ($30 donation)

These are kitchen towels with a crochet handle and a button so they can be hung up in your kitchen. Email boonefoote@gmail.com to request a specific one or color scheme. 

Custom macrame plant hanger ($40 donation)

String colors available: Natural/off-white, terra cotta, navy blue, avocado green. Email boonefoote@gmail.com to let me know what color/length/style you'd like.

Why I love Second Chance:

I've been volunteering and fostering for Second Chance for about seven years. This organization is an incredible community of dedicated volunteers who routinely drop everything for a dog or cat in need—whether to help a stray, save an abandoned litter, or pull a dog from a rural outdoor shelter into a warm foster home. About a thousand Mid-Missouri cats and dogs find a loving home through Second Chance each year—receiving food, medical care, spay/neuter, and lots of love as a direct result of your donations.
