P4H 1st Annual Toy and Gift Drive

Playing 4 Hope has started efforts to expand its impact in the hospital. This year we are holding our 1st ever Holiday Toy and Gift Drive. If we hit our goal of $1000 raised for this campaign, our board will hand deliver gifts dressed as elves!

Why? There are many children who will have to spend the holidays in the hospital away from their family and friends. This can be daunting, lonely, and difficult to cope with. This is not just limited to the end of year holidays (e.g., Christmas), but many of the holidays throughout the year that are celebrated nationwide (e.g., Valentines Day, Halloween)

Who? Funds raised will directly benefit children at MU Children's Hospital in Columbia, MO. 

When? The first round of gifts will be hand delivered before the holidays on the week of December 16th, 2024. We are planning to grow these efforts to multiple holidays throughout the year.

How? Your donation will be used to purchase gifts for all ages. In-kind (physical) gifts are also welcomed. We currently have two locations open for drop-off Mon-Fri, 9a-5p:

- Patient Centered Care Learning Center, 745 Kentucky Blvd. Columbia, MO 65211 (2nd floor across from the elevators)

- Hoot Design Co. 1007 N College Ave. Columbia, MO 65201 (ask for Bri)
