Minority Men’s Network Educational Foundation

What we do:

MISSION: To utilize the power of committed men to improve the lives of ethnic minorities through leadership and service. VISION: A Columbia/Boone County where ethnic minorities are entitled to and equitably participate in all aspects of the community.

Why we’re great:

MMN works to connect Men of Color to each other and to the larger community. Like co-conveners Eliot Battle and Arvarh Strickland, we are positive role models who STEP UP to lead and serve our community. The collective NETWORK is what makes MMN great!

Why does your organization deserve community financial support?

In 2016 the Educational Foundation was able to provide scholarships to college-bound African-American students at THREE of our Columbia high schools. With your support we will continue INVESTING in our youth and our future with scholarships in 2017.
