This moment of vulnerability for our Executive Director, Chef Gaby, ignited a passionate commitment within her to ensure that no child would ever feel the isolation that she felt again.

Chef Gaby's belief that "there is always a place for you at the table" reflects not only our inclusive culture but also our innovative educational approach.

Her culinary expertise and empathetic educational style not only teaches children about the world; but shows them how they can live in it, respect it, and contribute to it in meaningful ways.
