The Spay Neuter Project

The Spay Neuter Project (SNP) is a high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic serving pet owners, rescue groups, and community/feral cat caretakers in Columbia and mid-Missouri. Our affordable services and weekly vaccine clinics remove financial barriers, helping families keep their pets healthy and happy in the home where they are loved.

 SNP provides a humane, affordable, and accessible solution to reduce pet overpopulation. 

Conveniently located near the intersection of Providence and Business Loop on Austin Avenue, SNP has significantly impacted the community since its opening in April 2015. We have served over 45,000 animals, performed over 31,000 spay/neuter surgeries, and administered over 47,000 life-saving vaccines. Our small but mighty, compassionate, and highly skilled SNP Team excels in performing high-quality, high-volume surgeries.

SNP depend on the generous support of our community to keep our service fees affordable. To further our mission, we established the Spay It Forward Fund, which provides financial assistance to pet owners in need. We are committed to every animal receiving the care it deserves, regardless of the owner's financial situation.
