Community Foundation of Central Missouri

Learn More

The Community Foundation of Central Missouri (CFCM) presents and is the energy behind CoMoGives. The CoMoGives campaign flows naturally from the Community Foundation’s theme of “Working Together. Improving Lives.”

This is the sixth year for CoMoGives, and we’re really excited about this one. There are 122 organizations participating and we have added Peer-to-Peer campaigns within the campaign, volunteer pledge opportunities, a re-visioned social media campaign for the campaign, among new additions for 2018.

The Community Foundation of Central Missouri is way more than CoMoGives, but we’re really proud of the “little campaign that could.”

And we are very grateful for our five terrific business sponsors this year: Commerce Bank, MayeCreate Design, Columbia Daily Tribune/GateHouse Media, Cumulus Radio Station Group, Columbia-Jefferson City, and KOMU 8. Please support these community-centered, local businesses!

Learn More

Commerce Bank is proud to work with the Community Foundation of Central Missouri as the Signature Sponsor for the sixth annual CoMoGives campaign. For over 150 years, giving back to our community has been an important part of the culture at Commerce Bank. We know that our connection to the community is essential for our business. We believe our success is a direct result of the vitality of the communities in which we operate. In additional to our financial investments in the community, our employees are actively volunteering to support organizations that improve lives.

Commerce Bank is also the exclusive bank issuer of Charity Charge, a unique credit card program that allows cardholders to donate 1% of every purchase. Charity Charge makes it effortless and convenient for socially conscious consumers to support the non-profits, schools, universities, and religious organizations of their choice. This collaboration with Charity Charge reflects Commerce Bank’s commitment to the community. In this season of giving, I encourage you to join us in supporting CoMoGives with year-end gifts that will help local nonprofit organizations meet the needs of our community.

Columbia Daily Tribune

Learn More

A robust community and a strong local newspaper depend on one another to grow stronger. A newspaper’s obligation to help the community has been a cornerstone of the culture and mission at the Columbia Daily Tribune for more than 115 years.

Our decision to support CoMoGives was easy to make. With this annual campaign, the Tribune helps dozens of causes and thousands of people at once. We are proud to share our resources in a way that so efficiently enhances the immeasurable value these organizations bring to Columbia and Mid-Missouri.

Of course, the campaign depends on the leadership of Community Foundation of Central Missouri. We appreciate the opportunity to be a charitable partner with an organization that brings strong energy and a creative spirit to everything it does, including the CoMoGives initiative.

With our deepest gratitude for your generosity and to all who help,
